There are 5 form types for you to choose from:
- A Query is for general platform questions
- Bug tickets should be submitted when the platform doesn’t behave as expected
- Development Request will raise a ticket for chargeable custom development
- Service Request are for our Professional Service’s. This could be site build, product build, consultation etc.
- New Module Enquiry will raise a request for upgrading your account or purchasing additional modules
