Infigo Academy

There are 8 form types for you to choose from. Please read through the following and select the appropriate ticket type and fill in the form with as much detail as possible.The more information that you can provide, the faster our skilled agents can answer your requests.

  • 1. Query is for a question about how to use the Infigo solution (please submit ONE question per ticket) and please check Academy help content before contacting support
  • 2. Bindings and SSL certificates is for new storefront URLs and their security certificates, including renewals
  • 3. Setup Single Sign On is to be used for new instances of SSO. You must provide all informtaion in the form
  • 4. Professional Services is paid support. This could be CSS, a custom site skin, product build, consultation etc.
  • 5. Development Request will raise a ticket for chargeable custom development
  • 6. Bug tickets should be submitted when the solution doesn’t behave as you expect it to (a break which requires a fix).
  • 7. New Module Enquiry will raise a request for upgrading your account or purchasing additional modules
  • 8. Feature Request ONLY USE FOR A SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENT for our Research and Development Team. This is not a custom development request (5). If the development is important to you, please raise a Devlopment Request and a quote will be provided to you.
