Hey everyone!

As most of you know, our Infigo Academy is basically my baby, and as such I want to see it continue to grow and prosper!

I’d like to use this thread to:

    Right then, let’s kick off with some recent small changes aimed at making your Infigo learning life that little bit easier:

    1. Category Search, Search Tips & Search Tabs

    We've recently made some enhancements to improve searching on Academy:

    Quick Category Search.

    Search Tips: Get smarter with filters and keywords.

    Search Tabs: Switch between “All Content,” “Videos,” “Articles,” etc., right from the top of your screen.

    2. Tutorial Completion Tracker

    Now you can view your entire tutorial history via the new “Completed Tutorials” button in the header.

    Quick Re-access: Copy any past tutorial’s name into the search box above the list to revisit it instantly.

    Coming Soon: Click-to-open directly from your completed list!

    3. "Ungating" the Academy

    A few months back, we removed the login gate—so you can browse content without signing in.

    Pros: Faster access for quick look-ups.

    Tip: Still log in for full features (tracking progress, bookmarking, quizzes).

    4. Infigo Settings Search

    Never lose time hunting for that obscure admin toggle again!

    Settings Search Page: A searchable index of many options in your Infigo Settings area.

    Status: Early days, but already easing navigation pains.

    Infigo Academy | What’s Next: Enhanced Onboarding Experience

    As for the future, the main thing we’re working on right now is an improved onboarding process for new users. Here’s what’s coming:

    Onboarding Checklist

     

    A step-by-step guide that walks new learners through key platform features and key tasks
    Integrates interactive tasks, quizzes, and rewards to boost engagement
    Combines self-guided learning with one-to-one meetings for maximum effectiveness

    Beta Test Invitation: Infigo Elite

    I’d love to get the Infigo Elite involved when this goes into beta! If you have any team members starting on Infigo in the next few months, let me know — I’ll set them up on this new, improved onboarding path so you can share feedback and help shape the experience.

    I've been an advocate of the Academy from day 1 so it's nice to see it's continuing to develop.

    The Enhanced Onboarding Experience looks awesome! I'm happy to get involved with testing the Beta release when it's ready. I have a few colleagues who already perform some basic tasks, but I'd like them to go through this process so I know they have all received the same training.

    I'm loving the Settings Search Page too. I've started working on my own version, but I think I'm going to abandon that now! :)
