Infigo Academy | Recently Published Content

Hey everyone!

For every piece of content that gets created for the “What’s New” emails each month, I'd say we’re also adding an equal amount of additional content to the LMS—content that often goes unnoticed. I’ll use this thread to periodically keep you up to date on all the new materials we’ve added, whether they came from closed support tickets or gaps we’ve identified in our knowledge base.

Take a scan through below—you might discover something you didn’t even know Infigo was capable of!

    Hi Sam,

How are these additions being communicated at the moment? I always read the What's New emails and I also check the Release Notes but there's a lot of content here that I've not seen before.

    Thanks,

    Juerg

    Hey Jeurg

They aren't, to be honest! Unless specifically referenced in the What's New or webinars, they're just kind of there ready for when someone searches for them.

If this kind of things would be of interest, I can definitely consider an extra section on the end of the What's New.

    Thanks!

    Hi Sam,

It's definitely of interest to me! Not sure if it's possible, but if there was a page that showed the articles in order from most recent to oldest then it would just be a case of bookmarking that page and checking it from time to time. That way you wouldn't have to curate them in the email.
