Elite Workflow Challenge: What’s Your Smartest Time-Saving Move?
After a recent site visit to see Cober (WOW! blown away by their setup and infrastructure!) they discussed how implementing some autonomous systems saved them some considerable man hours, allowing employees to be repurposed elsewhere in multiple areas. Then also this week, off the back of the Elite call how Enfocus Switch is used across many in the group and how that has transformed workflows for efficiency! This got me thinking if this was the same for all of you. Everyone here is different sized businesses but there must be key nuggets of knowledge to share as we know many of you are operating at a ‘Elite’ level and have built some seriously efficient workflows. So here’s a question for you the pros:
What’s one automation, integration, or clever setup you’ve added to your workflow that saves you serious time every week/month?
It could be anything and does not necessarily have to be an infigo related module:
