This article is going to explain the information that you will need to provide us in order to setup a new email account on your system. This is completed on the Platform Level, and the email account will be available to use against all of your storefronts. Email accounts are found in Configuration > Email Accounts.
Below is what we require from you to setup a new email account:
- Email Address (From)
- Email Display Name
- Mail Server Host Name/IP Address
- Authentication Username
- Authentication Password
- Whether SSL will be used or not
