New Email Account Setup

This article will explain the information you will need to provide us in order to setup a new email account on your system. This can be completed on the Platform Level so that the email is available across all storefronts, or configured at storefront level if you wish for it to be available for an individual storefront.

Email accounts are found in Configuration > Email Accounts

Below is what we require from you to setup a new email account:

 - Email Address (From)
 - Email Display Name
 - Mail Server Host Name/IP Address
 - Port (587 or 25 supported)
 - Authentication Username
 - Authentication Password
 - Whether SSL will be used or not
