Multi-Version Ordering
In the world of labels, it's common for customers to need multiple versions of the same label, such as different designs for various types of wine.
Currently, in Infigo, you can achieve this by adding individual jobs to the basket for each label version. However, this process can be tedious when dealing with numerous labels.
Moreover, it may end up costing the customer more. For instance, if you're ordering 1000 labels, the unit cost is often lower than ordering 250 labels. So, if you want 250 labels for four different wine types, it's more cost-effective to order 1000 labels and specify the different versions rather than ordering four sets of 250 labels individually. This approach not only streamlines the ordering process but also offers potential cost savings for our customers.
In the tutorial below, we'll see how to enable and utilise this functionality.
The Infigo Glossary
We're happy to introduce a new resource on the Infigo Academy portal, the Infigo Glossary, your go-to resource for navigating the diverse terminology used across various industries and software applications.
We recognize the challenges our customers face when trying to locate specific features that may go by different names. It can be frustrating not knowing the exact terminology, making it difficult to find relevant resources.
Enter our glossary ā a carefully curated page designed to empower you with the knowledge to effortlessly decipher industry jargon and access the learning materials you need for maximizing your Infigo experience.
This living document is continually expanding and organized alphabetically, featuring not only official terms but also common alternatives you might have used in your search. Our goal is to capture the multitude of names associated with each feature.
To make the most of this resource, we suggest utilizing your browser's search function (usually Ctrl+S) and experimenting with different names for the functionality you seek. This way, we can guide you to Infigo's specific terminology, providing direct links to relevant content in both the Infigo Academy and our Help Centre. Your journey to mastering Infigo starts here!
MegaEdit Image Drop Target
We've enhanced the drag-and-drop functionality of image fields in MegaEdit to provide more flexibility in assigning images to specific fields. Now, when dragging an image, you can allow greater control over drop targets, by specifying that some fields don't accept drag and drop images.
If you encounter any issues with image placement, you can mark the problem field as non-targetable, ensuring precise image allocation.
