SSO / SAML: What to do when renewing your SSL certificate

The Process

Please renew your SSL and submit a ticket with the renewed certificate at least 2 weeks before it is due to expire. We will upload the renewed certificate in Infigo as soon as we receive it, so that when you upload the new cert to your SSO / SAML your users storefront access won't be impacted. 

Infigo don't need to be on a call with your team, but if you'd like us to be available for the 'switch over' then please plan to make the change in UK business hours.
